Altrincham, UK – A new family-run pub, Gallagher’s, has officially opened in the heart of Altrincham, bringing with it the rich flavours, friendly atmosphere, and lively entertainment of a traditional Irish pub.
Located in the town centre, Gallagher’s is proud to offer a carefully curated selection of authentic Irish whiskeys and the perfect pint of Guinness – served with a smile and a story or two. Rooted in family tradition and inspired by Irish hospitality, Gallagher’s aims to be more than just a pub; it’s a place for comfort, conversation, and of course - unforgettable nights out!
“We wanted to create a space that felt like home – where everyone’s welcome and every pint has a bit of character,” says owners Jacqui and Callum Gallagher, Mother & Son “We have had such a successful year bringing the Irish community together at our sister pub The Horseshoe in Levenshulme, we just had to continue with that same energy, so whether you're after a quiet drink, or a new local to call your own, Gallagher’s is here for it.”
In addition to its extensive drink offering, Gallagher’s will feature regular live entertainment, showcasing staple acts from the Irish music scene and traditional Irish music sessions as well as Irish dancing from time to time. Owner Callum Gallagher currently dances alongside the well established Irish dancing group SONAS so be sure to witness some memorable nights of Irish dancing very soon. Whether you're tapping your feet to folk tunes or enjoying a lively jig, the pub promises to keep the spirit of Ireland alive with every performance.
Food will be added to the offering very soon, with hearty Irish-inspired dishes and pub classics making their debut in the coming weeks.
